In addition, the group’s fiduciary and finance business provides consulting and administration services to meet a range of client requirements.
Stenham Limited is 63% owned by Peregrine Financial Services Holdings Limited (the Peregrine Group) and 37% owned by management and directors of group companies. The Peregrine Group is a leading provider of wealth and alternative asset management solutions in South Africa and Europe, with assets under management of approximately US$ 8.6 billion (as at March 2013). Its shares are listed on the Johannesburg Securities Exchange.
